I am a 43 year old womani am 5'5" and 157 pounds and i have been having issues with everything, starting with my CK levels

I have muscle spasms throughout my body, which can be painful, problems with circulation in my hands and feet, my feet tingle and my fingers go numb. I need a heating pad constantly!! My headaches are strong and constant, it feels like its in my sinuses. I have absolutely no energy, now my feet are swelling and i have a red stripe across all my fingertips on the nail, and sometimes my lips dissapear. What is wrong with me??
