Hi,

As per your history, your muscle spasm can be either due to the severe dehydration or because of the increased level of the potassium.

For repeated muscle spasms and cramps, you will need a high dosage of calcium for some time to flush out the potassium from your body which is responsible for muscle cramps.

You can take calcium high dosage up to 1000mg twice daily but only after consulting your doctor because calcium in high dosage has some side effects mostly related to GIT.

Also keep yourself properly hydrated, take plenty of fluids for that and avoid too much stress. If you are doing heavy physical work you may also need some rest for proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
