Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 69 year old woman. I have been very inactive the last three years because of cervical neck problems. I have now had surgery and done some pain management, but I notice serious reduction in muscle tone and strength. I need too get back in shape and get the nice musculature I had in my arms and legs. How do I begin? I have a hard time walking around the block because of muscle loss in my thighs!
Hello Dear. You need to do some physiotherapy exercises. Kindly consult physiotherapist who will help you to regain muscle tone in legs.
