I have constant muscle cramping/spams in my back, down my legs, sometimes in my feet and pain in my left thumb. I was diagnosed with arthritis and fibromyalgia, and it’s been constant for a couple months. I use a roll on called fast breeze, but the pain, goes away for a little bit and then comes back. Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Calcium and vitamin d 3 deficiency can be cause such prolonged pain in arthritis, fibromyalgia patients.
So start calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements.
Also consult physiotherapist for physiotherapy like ultrasound applications, wax bathing, hot and warm pad massage etc.
If you are obese then weight reduction is must.
Avoid excessive forward bending, heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
