General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should continue the treatment for pneumonia. Otherwise the symptoms will get worse. Refer a pulmonologist as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parkavi Gunasekaran, General & Family Physician
