What Causes Mucus Discharge From Nose?

Mucus often falls/runs out of my right nostril all the time and I cannot help it sometimes. Also I have to constantly blow my nose thru out the day (5-10 times). Mostly the mucus is coming out of my right nostril whenenver I do blow my nose. Is this a concern for something more serious?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Although it may not be serious but there can be a few possibilities like a sinus infection causing an increase in mucus production or a blockage to the mucus drainage by a mass in the nose. Both these conditions should be evaluated and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for the same.He will do an endoscopy on you and look inside your nose, he will guide you further.
Thanks
