Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain in case if you have a mouth breathing habit then dryness in mouth on waking up is a normal finding as there is continuous exposure of the inside of mouth to air and causes drying..
Sweating at night also known as Night Sweats can be seen in a number of medical conditions while as you are also experiencing mouth breathing there is a probablity of obstructive sleep apnea causing sweating if you find breathing deep and a bit difficult during sleeping and it can cause sweating..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated fr the cause of dryness in mouth and probable cause will be ruled out and treated accordingly..
If you have mouth breathing habit without any breathing issues then you can also can follow a simple trick in which you can stick a vertical strip of micropore tape on your closed lips to enforce nasal breathing..

In case if you find breathing difficulty consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and get treated accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
