What Causes Mosquito Bites Like On Butt And Groin Area?

My husband the last couple of evenings has gotten up from the couch and noticed bites similar to mosquitos on his butt and groin area. Looks similar to mosquito, but are larger and hard. What could they be? I m on the other end of the couch and haven t gotten any.

He might be suffering from papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity.You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Freequent change of bed sheet might also help. A topical mild steroid cream like fluticasone can be used after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
