What Causes More Amount Of Precum Discharge During Erection?

I am 53 years old. In good shape and eating healthy. Every time I have an erection I have a clear fluid or precum discharge. It seems as more fluid comes out everytime. I am constantly having errections when I think or hear my girlfriend on the phone. I am working overseas and it has been months witout be with a female. Yes I have masturbated a few times thinking possibly I have developed a build up of liquid in me. OK stop laughing. Why am having this happen at every errection. Had blood and urine saples taken and no diceases detected. Is it because of my age. I have no errection problem and can hold an errection for a long time.

When one has sexual arousal (watching, thinking erotic content), there is discharge from accessory sex organs in genitals. This fluid is normal.
The fluid cannot be build up in your body.
It is just akin to saliva. If you do not spit, saliva will not start accumulating in your body.
This pre cum discharge is absolutely normal thing and not a disease.
Your blood and urine samples are normal because you do not have any disease.
