General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Severe muscle and joint pains might be in relation with underlying arthritis as rheumatoid or osteoarthritis with over weight or other related conditions. In my clinic, I do recommend series of investigations as RA factor, X-ray of concerned joints and complete blood counts with fasting blood sugar for best possible therapy guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
