What Causes Missed Periods, Swollen/painful/itchy Breast, Dizzy When On Nur-isterate Injection?

I've been on nu-isterate injection for more than 1 year. My last injection was on the 31 July. Until now I haven't had my period, my breasts are swollen and painfull with itchy nipples, I mostly feel dizzy, I sleep alot... I wonder if I could be pregnant?
