What Causes Missed Period Along With Irregular Spotting In A 46 Year Old?

i am not getting periods since from june my last period started on may 23rd. i have got spotting little bit in between but after this didn t get any other spotting . i am 46 years old . can you pls tell what it is ? some times i feel anxiety. do you think i am starting menopause should i start any medication which makes me feel good

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The symptoms you have put forth what you are experiencing give an indication that you are approaching menopause. Many of these are pre-menopausal symptoms.
Kindly get your Serum FSH, LH and prolactin levels checked along with an untrasound abdomen scan and visit Gynecologist with the report for proper advise and management.
