What Causes Milky Discharge From The Right Nipple?

I have just detected a leakage of first milky then clear fluid from my right nipple. I am 82 years old. Should I see a doctor now or is it normal for this to happen. I was attempting to put on one of those genie stretch bras at the time when I felt the moisture, then I look and sort of milked the area and about a 1/4 tsp came out before I stopped and whipped it up--then dressed as normal.

Hi, I think you should check your thyroid and prolactin level. It can be due to hyperprolactinemia. You can consult a surgeon for complete examination if there is any lump or not. Get a mammography done if possible. It is not normal to have such discharge.
