Hi,

As I see in your case, your cycle of 6th March and 2nd April are normal and given these dates of your periods, there seems no chance of your being pregnant due to unprotected sex in February. During lactating phase, a tingling sensation in the breasts may signal about milk ejection in mothers indicating the time for the baby to feed.

In some cases mother may feel like a strong let down reflex due to rush of the milk in the breast and causing a tingling sensation in the breasts. Also, due to decreased production of estrogen in lactating mothers, you may be feeling a light twinge in your ovarian area. All these symptoms in your case may be absolutely normal and do not require any specific treatment. However, if you feel persistent agonizing symptoms, you should see your doctor and treatment done accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
