What Causes Mild Nausea And Intermittent Vomiting?

Hi.My 19 year old son has had mild nausea and intermittent vomiting for last 4 days- he does have hunger pains but cannot eat- he has no temp, no sever pain and no diarrhea either - it seem mild but has gone on for four days- he can drink fluids though?

further investigation advised and also examine his sclera ( if its white or slightly yellow)
Blood routine test and Liver function test recommended

meanwhile, bed rest, sugarcane juice and soup is advised.
