General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is possible to be a muscular pain but I suggest you to do an electrocardiogram because chest pain caused by angina is typically brought on by exercise, emotional stress, meals, cold air, or smoking. Meantime check blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
