What Causes Mild Chest Pain Despite Taking Nexpro?

sir I have pail in left side of the chest from past 2years I have acidity problem may be refluct I consulting gastroenterology from 2years and now I m using nexpro rd40 for acidity and I consulted cardiologist I mad all chekups like 2d eco. tmt, ECG and lipid tests all are normal I made checkup 3 times in these 2 years but all results are normal I m using telvas 3d for BP I m suffering with this pain can give me a suggestion

Sounds to be related to underlying stress and anxiety manifesting the gastric upset and symptoms of discomfort chest. Apart from current drug intake:
- Control of stress and anxiety
- Meditations, YOGA, deep breathing exercises
- Sound sleep of 7 hours (uninterrupted )
- Avoidance of any recreational drugs, smoking or alcohol if consuming
- Control of blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight
