What Causes Mild Chest Pain Along With Tingling In The Arm And Hands?
I get tingling in my arm and hands, a dull pain in the Center chest area and a sore chin. What does that mean? Had EKG and it was good. Had a cat scan of my heart and it had a aorta slightly enlarged but they said that wouldn t cause the trouble I have. What else can it be?

As the ECG and CAT scan is fine, it unlikely be due to cardiac causes.
It might be due to neurological causes like in peripheral neuropathy.
If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
