What Causes Migraine?

I am 35 years old, female. I got migraine before, but it has gone now. I have been had tingling, numbness and hurt in my feet over a year, afterward I felt tingling sensation in my body. Now I am feeling vibrant, tingling in my neck and behind of my head. I do not have diabetes or high blood pressure. on the whole my blood check is very good. I am very worried what is happening to me, to my body, my nerves. Please help.
