What Causes Migraine With Lymph Node Enlargement At The Base Of The Skull?

I have a knot at approximately c1 C2. It has been there more than 4 years, I have increasing migraines and a shooting pain from the area. I have had multiple test and labs done, but it seems to be increasing as well as the pain . It started 4 years ago with multiple lymph nodes enlarging at the base of my skull most have returned to normal except for a few, bx showed a reactive lymph node labs unremarkable

hi,
the lymphnode enlargement and the migraine are not related to each other.the biopsy report shows that reactive lymphnodes, so no further workup is required
there may be certain infection or inflammation ,in response to which the lymphnodes were enlarged. some time,even the offending cause(infection or inflammation) has gone, enlarged lymph node does not return to their previous size.
