What Causes Menstrual Bleeding Every Two Weeks, Weight Gain And Thinning Of Hair?

I am 46 female and seem to be getting my cycle every 2 weeks or so. Also gained 25 lbs in past 3 MO but before that was same weight for 4 Years. Have had thinning hair for about a year. Get headaches frequently that past few months. Is all of this menopause?

Hi,
There can be having two possibilities might give rise these problem.
1, this can be starting of your menopause and during this time there might be having some hormonal disturbance causing this.
2, having hypothyroidism producing these symptoms.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Go for thyroid function test for hypothyroid.
Ok and take care.
