What Causes Memory Loss And Vomiting Along With Hot Flashes?

I wasn t feeling well on Saturday. Drank Gatorade, water with electrolytes, water and tea. I don t remember Saturday night. I woke up feeling a little weak, thought I was going to throw up, had a hot flash. Ate breakfast. continued to feel bad. Drove 65 miles home. When my husband got home around 5 last night, I couldn t remember the 24 hours before. I found that I have a bruise on my upper eye, my head was very sensitive and a bruise on the corresponding arm. Feel better today. What happened??

Hi,

You were having transient loss of consciousness. It can be due to hypoglycemia or hypotension. Blood pressure and sugar level should be checked. I suggest EKG investigation for you to rule out cardiac cause. If slurred speech, convulsion like complaint associated then transient ischemic attack should be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
