What Causes Mass To Develop In Nose Causing Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, Initially when i was a teenager, there was some meat developed in my nose, where i was unable to breathe then, doctors operated me and removed, the extra meat, now iam married and 25,now iam rexperiencing this breathing problem what could be the reason, it makes me hard to breath while eating, some times while doing nothing, and unable to complete my yawn fullfillingly? please advise

It could be possibly due to recurrence of mass....u need to undergo nasal endoscopy and following which a CT Scan of nose + Paranasal sinus
