What Causes Male Orgasmic Disorder?
Hi, my husband can have an erection and ejaculation but cannot have an orgasm now. This was never an issue for him before. I am concerned as to why this would be happening to him now. Are there medical reasons for this? Our relationship is good btw. Thanks

These can be due to medicines if he is taking any or chronic health conditions and also sometimes after surgeries or psychological (anxiety, stress depression) or alcohol or substance abuse etc.
