Hello
It seems from the history that you are having macular degeneration.
Macular degeneration is because of age related changes and is one of the commonest cause for loss of vision in elderly people.
The treatment depends on the type of macular degeneration. The dry type of macular degeneration is treated by antioxidants and wet type of macular degeneration is treated by intravitreal injections of antivascular endothelial growth factors.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist or retina specialist and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
