What Causes Lumps On Elbow ?

I have a lump on the inside of my right elbow or crook of the arm towards the top. It is more pronounced when the arm is extended and is the size of a small pea. I can lift but the arm feels pain there. When I lift things like gallon of milk. I found it a couple of weeks ago.
