Hello, I am a 16 year old girl and I recently have noticed a few lumps at the back of my throat and it has started hurting recently. From looking closer I also see some funny colour patches on the roof of my mouth, and sometimes I find that my breath starts to smell, I don't know if it helps but I also have lost quite a lot of weight for no apparent reason. What should I do?
It looks like you are suffering from pharyngitis I recommend that you see an ENT specialist as it is recurrent. For now you can take paracetamol for the pain and gargle your throat with betadine gargles. You will also need to be started on antibiotics like levofloxacin
I hope I was of help
Regards
