I have a few lumps in my neck that are sitting on top of my carotid artery. It started as just one that I could feel and it was just the size of a lemon seed and over the last year and a half it has grown to about two inches long and about an inch wide and over the last 5 month s another has grown right above it that is the size of a marble and another in the other side of my neck another one has grown and it s about an inch. I had an ultrasound of my carotid done a couple days ago and they ended up finding 3 masses in the left side and 2 on the right. The lumps themselves are not painful but the area around them is due to the pressure they are putting on the surrounding tissue and artery and they are hard to the touch and move very slightly. I ve had a lot of health issues along with this since I first noticed the one lump start. What could these be and what should I do next?
