General & Family Physician 's  Response
Most probably, it must be anal wart. Anal wart is caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) and is transmitted by sexual intercourse. It is a very resistant kind of infection. Relapse is common very after treatment. Creams, surgery and laser treatments are available.
But without visualization, it is very difficult to say that it is anal wart.
Advice
1.     Consult a dermatologist or general surgeon for diagnosis and management
Thanks
