What Causes Lumps Above The Right Side Of The Neckline?

My husband has started getting lumps on his head right above the neckline. they are from pea size to dime size and are sore to the touch. right now he has about 8 or ten on his head and each one has a red spot in the middle of them. what could this be.

Hello,thanks for using healthcaremagic. i had gone through the data u have posted. those lumps are probably enlarged lymphnodes.
lymphnodes get enlarged when the area they drain get infected.

so cervical lymphnodes get enlarged mainly due to oral infections, upper respiratory tract, tonsillitis, sinusisits etc.
you need to visit a doctor for examianation, you may need some blood tests to know cause and then we can decid on further management.
