What Causes Lump With Bruise On Lower Side Of Abdomen?

I have a small bruise on the right lower side of my abdomen. There is a small hard lump (like the size of a pea) under the skin there that is tender to touch. I have had no injury to the area as far as I know. Funny thing is, same thing happened about a month ago, but on the left side. Any ideas?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some soft tissue tumor. Like tumour arise from aponeurosis or facial sheath. Or may have tumor of dermal origin or from connective tissue. You should go for excision biopsy. Then go for histopathological examination and take further treatment if required.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
