What Causes Lump Under Neck And Headache?

I have a lump under my neck that feels like a knot, Ive only had it for two days but today I have a nasty headache to go along with it. the corners of my mouth have been dry and scaby for the past week but other than that I havent had any colesores or infection in my mouth
