General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The commonest reason for such hard painful lumps in front and behind the ear casing tiredness and stiff neck can be inflamed lymph node unless proved otherwise.
Get a clinical evaluation, examination, investigations and proper treatment under the care of an ENT Surgeon.
If there is no response within 7 days, you need FNAC and biopsy and a specific treatment as per the cause found.
