General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The lump in the abdomen can be related to a hernia. I recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation and specific treatment. Meanwhile, I suggest using an over the counter treatment for the nausea such as Meclizine hydrochloride three times a day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
