What Causes Lump Behind Right Ear?

Hello, I have been experiencing dizziness for about 4 month my dr put me on medicine for vertigo but it does not help. About 2-3 weeks ago a noticed a lump on the back right side of my neck. In the last 3 days I have developed a lump behind my right ear. Are these related to my dizziness and what should I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some middle ear infection giving rise dizziness and vertigo and enlarged post auricular lymph nodes.
You might require one course of antibiotic for 5-7 days to clear infection.
With clearing of infection, vertigo or dizziness will stop.
Ok and take care.
