What Causes Lower Pelvic Pain And Brown Pecks In Urine With Mirena Insertion?
I m not pregnant (so I think) Ive had the Mirena since feb of this year. A few days ago I felt extreme lower right pelvic pains that dropped me to the floor crying. I haven t had a period in over 4-5 months but ever since those pains I have noticed dark brown tissue like pieces in my urine. In feb of 2013 I did have a leep procedure done due to hpv, could it be that coming back?and I had checked and my Mirena is still in
hi healthcare magic user, Since you have inserted mirena one of the most common side effect is spotting in between periods and having delayed period. Since you have not seen periods since5months c/o whitish mass it is always better to rule out pregnancy. please get a urine pregnancy test done. if negative then get a pelvic And abdomen ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy or ovarian cyst as these was sever pain on right side. once you treat HPV infection it doesn't mean that it won't come back. you need to have follow up with gynecologist for local examination.
