What Causes Lower Middle Pain In Cervix And A Tired Feeling?

I am having low middle pains in like my cervics, im peeing frequently and have been very tired, I am sexually active, my boyfriend and I pull out and never before when not using protection Have I gotten pregnant, could these be early signs of pregnancy?

Hi,

According to your history, the possible causes of your symptoms are:
-Pelvic infection and/or urinary tract infection can present with lower abdominal pain radiating to pelvis, increased frequency of micturition etc.
-Withdrawal method is having around 27% of failure rate, so we cannot exclude the possibility of pregnancy.
If you miss your expected date of periods, please go for a urine pregnancy test once. If the test gives a negative result, getting treatment for pelvic and/or urinary tract infection can cure the problem.

Measures that can possibly help are:
-Taking systemic and local antibiotics
-Both partners getting treated simultaneously
-Abstinence till the symptoms subside
-Taking plenty of oral fluids, etc.
You can discuss these things with your doctor and follow her advice.
