What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain When Coughing And Walking?
I have a lower left abdominal pain that has been steady for the past 4 days. It hurts when I laugh, Sneeze, cough, and even when I walk around sometimes. I notice some relief when I take my Medication (Adderall 15mg). I know it has only been 4 days but this seems so unusual. I also have had a hard time using the restroom but I have been using it at least once a day but not alot will come out.

The lower left abdominal pain can be related to diverticulitis. Diverticula are small pouches created from pressure on weak spots in the colon. When a pouch tears, swelling and infection can cause diverticulitis. I suggest to do an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.Meanwhile,I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan to relieve the pain.
