What Causes Lower Intestinal Pain, stomach Pain, vomiting And Excessive Sweating?

I work for the county health department and we received a complaint from someone who has lower right intestinal pain, stomachache, vomiting and sweating. Normally we would think that this is a foodborne illness but with lower right intestinal pain as one of their symptoms I m thinking they should see their medical provider, isn t that a symptom of appendicitis?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your con een.
Yes, you are correct...it can be Appendicitis,(mostly associated with fever if it is acute), Renal (right ureteric) calculi with colic, bowel infection or digestive problem . An ovarian cyst on right side in females.
The patient needs doctors advise...urgently with vomiting,/fever &low blood pressure.
Let the patient take rest, drink sufficient water, pain pill over the counter can be taken with liquid diet,No MASSAGE OR FOMENTATION.
Get doctors advise for further specific investigations &management.
Thanks
