What Causes Lower Backache And Vaginal Bleeding?
I have been having pain in left side all lower back and side down leg in inner thigh and down back of calf for few months and pulled muscles feeling and now blood is coming out of of vagina hole not like when I pee clit is swollen and very turned on feeling

Most probably it will be due to pelvic inflammatory disease.
As a first line management, you can take drugs like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
