What Causes Lower Back, Testicular And Abdominal Pain While Having A Hydrocele?

Hi I am currently experiencing lower back pain, occasional lower abdominal pain, pain in my left testicle if i become aroused, but i also have a hydrocele, sometimes when I get the back pain I get pain running from my butt down my leg. Sometimes after a bowel movement I get back pain and the pain running down my leg. Recently I noticed small brown stains on my underwear.
