What Causes Lower Back Pain,hot Flashes And Excessive Saliva After Intercourse?

Okay so I started my menstrual cycle August 22 ended on about the 27th. September 1st I had sexual intercourse with my partner. 4 days later I had clear discharge. During the same time I had afever, lower back pain, pinching of lower abdomin, heat flashes . And excessive saliva. Should I be concerned?

Here you have sexual intercourse history in safe period time ...
So chance of pregnancy less. ...
Here you can have bacterial vaginosis like infection as in it clear discharge can be there .....

For that discharge vaginal ph checked which is alkaline here and wet mount examination done for detecting clue cells. ...
If confirmed metronidazole drug needed ....

Second here your pelvic examination done along with per speculum examination...
Vaginal swab also taken and send it to laboratory ....
