What Causes Lower Back Pain With Burning Sensation?

Having low back pain on either side, a little burning, not sure if kidney, prostate, urinary tract, kidney stones, etc. Been off and one for past month or so. Had a sinus infection and antibiotics and it went away for a while but symptoms are back....

cause of these symptoms refer to commonly urinary tract infection and may need investigation for confirmation

we see in the clinic alot of patients that get urinary tract infection after sinus infection as the bacteria infect the renal system causing back pain..we prefer to do urine analysis for confirmation and ultrasound scan to role out other problems..you can take ciprofloxacin and ibubrufen and if symptoms persist do theat investigations
