Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is unlikely related to the antibiotics. Painful voiding which is often a symptom of a UTI and may also lead to ineffective bowel voiding, and thence constipation. I suggests trying over-the-counter laxatives for a few days. If it does not help, or you develop fever or worsening abdominal pain, I suggest you see a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
