General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear it could be muscular pain, for that tab.Naproxen may help to decrease the pain.If pain increases in intensity then I would suggest get ultrasound abdomen to rule out the cause..Dry mouth sometimes happen due to salivary gland problem, and also some time emotional changes like stress and anxiety may cause this too.Avoiding stress and taking pain killer and plenty of water may help this symptom.
If it persist then seeking professional medical help is advised.
Best regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
