What Causes Lower Back Pain, Nausea And Loss Of Consciousness During Urination?

I have low back pain. Middle of last night I stood up went to urinate, in the middle of that became nausious & fainted. Woke up with lots of cold sweating. A few times since I've gotten sweaty palms and still have the low back dull pain. I also seem a bit more tired than normal.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Brief.. it could be blackout.
Detailed answer...
First if all I would like to ask that wether this episode was for first time , as repeated blackouts can be caused by ischemia of heart or arythemia ( change in heart rate) like first degree or second or third degree heart block..
Otherwise sternous work for long time, stress and low haemoglobin and low blood sugar level , low blood pressure can be other causes.
My opinion would be get ECG, blood sugar , blood pressure checked and complete blood count(C.B.C) done first and discuss further with about the reports with doctor to rule out any cause.
Regards, Dr.Maheshwari
