What Causes Lower Back Pain For A Month?

hi there i have been getting alot of lower back pain for about a month now , i had an xray to see if my joints were ok which they were , i do alot of running and weights and i notice that one side of my back sticks out more than the other side especially after i run. My doctor told me to cut out the weights which i did 4 weeks ago. What have i done to cause one side to stick out more than the other

it could just be postural thing-you may take help of a physical therapist and try motrin tabs for a few days and hot fomentation of back and application of muscle relaxant gels.
Low back pain s generally due to over strain, weight lifting,abnormal postures in sitting ,lying or standing,faulty over weight, with heels,
back strengthening exercises are mainstay and watch and correct postures maintainence under a guide of physical therapist
