Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion mucus discharge associated with backpain might need vaginal examination to rule out vaginal infection. This vaginal infection might lead to preterm pains sometimes.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres to prevent urinary infections which might also lead to preterm pains. So consult your doctor.Sometimes alteration of spine due to growing pregnancy might cause back pain.Take panadol for pain and take rest.Avoid physical strain.
