What Causes Lower Back Pain And Cramping After Periods?

I recently got off my period a week ago but im having lower back pains and cramping as if I am going to get my period. Yesterday I noticed a little bit of white pinkish discharge. I am also having pelvi pains when I have intercourde. Should I be concerned?
