What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Painful Urination?

UA& Cult ; lower back pain, painful urinating, feeling off week prior, woke soked in sweat couple days prior: Protein -trace, large blood, moderate - leukocyte esterase, WBC 21-40, Nitrite-neg, RBC-80-100, few; epithelial & Squamous cells, no mucous or crystals,bateria OCC.

Result and symptoms point towards urinary tract infection. Predisposing factors in old age, female gender, diabetes, urinary tract stones, steroid use, and chronic illness impairing immune system.
Advice
1.     Ciprofloxacin 500 mg per oral twice daily for 7 days
2.     Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 15 days
3.     Drink plenty of water to flush out bacteria
4.     Drink cranberry juice
5.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
6.     Wipe from front to back after bowel movements
7.     Urinate after having sex to flush bacteria
8.     Investigation – culture & sensitivity of urine, USG whole abdomen
